3 Laws to Flirting in Your Text Messages That Gets His Attention   by Christie Love

Texting has become one of the most convenient ways of communication today. With the introduction of the internet, email, and instant messaging, sending someone a text is even a more popular mean of communication because you can be mobile and the person will still get the message. Texting eliminates the time one used to leave voice messages. With the push of a button, the person can easily read their message without going through an entire voicemail set up to get to their message.

Texting has also become a way to flirt. With text, no one has to worry about stumbling over their words, or saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. When done correctly, texting can be highly effective way to flirt, although there are a few laws to texting that may make your communication come across better.

Law #1 -Keep your cool.
Do not text immediately after someone else texts you. It is often advised that you wait at least 10 minutes before you respond to another person's text. For instance, if you read a text that asks, " are you home along?" don't answer, "yes" too quickly. The idea here is to hold the person in suspense. That is the beauty of texting. It would be difficult to add that pause when communicating with someone one-on-one.

Law #2 - Have fun.
When texting, try to make the message read in a positive light. You might want to read the text over before you actually send it over just to make sure the other person will understand the message the same as you. It's even advised that you wait a while before sending a flirty message, just in case you want to add something or re-word something in the message to make it sound more compelling.

Law #3 - Use Flirty Words.
You want to make your text sound as though you are actually flirting the respondent. Choose your words wisely. The message you portray is all in the style of your writing. For example, a flirty text will read, "Hey Big Boy. I can't wait until you come home." You don't want to write, "When are you getting home?" Do you see the difference between the first example and the second. The first example is much more flirty than the second, wouldnt you think?

As more and more people are using text messages as their main form of communication, flirting by text is a skill that should be learned. When texting, add suspense to enhance the enticement. The most effective way to flirt via text is with sexy, flirty words that does not leave your intention to the imagination.
