You also want to know if they have had any violations, you can check with your local government to find this out. Once you have your plans, your land, and a good contracting company you can start having the home of your dreams built. You may be surprised at how quickly a home can really be built. It is a good idea to check up on the stages of building to make sure that there are no mistakes being made with your home. Once your home is finished you will be happy that you chose to build instead of buy.
