The difference between analog watches and the digital type is that when it comes to the display, the time in the analog watch is not displayed in digits. Its face have numeric symbols either Roman or English form usually from 1 to 12. It also has a first and secondhand that rotate around the numbers in circular motion indicating the time of the day. The firsthand tells the hour and the secondhand signals the minute. Meanwhile, the third hand constantly rotate around the numbers and its every tick indicates the seconds. You will know which is which because all hands have different sizes and lengths.
