Wherever you may be travelling, make sure that you have all the necessities neatly packed in your suitcase.

Every year there is a gay pride festival in the picturesque town of Sitges in Spain.  It is an event that draws many people every year, both gay and straight couples will frequent this as there is fun for everyone.  This place is the foremost gay friendly place, certainly in Europe.

The festival which coincides with lent has many parades.  Special foods are being eaten such as salads and egg dishes.  There are many street parties and restaurants and bars are full with the tourists.  Some straight friends of mine have already booked their tickets and hotels and they will be off to accompany their gay friends.

The festivities are scheduled for mid February and I wonder what the gay community will contribute.  Perhaps they will have their own float.  This little town has one of the most important carnivals in this part of Spain.

Sitges is a little town approximately half an hour south from Barcelona.  The town is very easily reached by flying to Barcelona and then travelling on the train.  It is a lovely little place with many sandy beaches.  It is a brilliant place to for a holiday destination for both gay, straight and families with children.  The countryside surrounding the town is beautiful.

One can take a day trip into the mountains, where there is a cable car to an ancient monastery with stupendous views over the countryside.  The cable car ride is a bit hairy as the last time I was there, the equipment was quite old.

If you normally make use of Gay Sex Toys, there are plenty available that will not take much room in your suitcase.  Some come in handy travel sizes. If you are thinking of purchasing some of these, it is worth your while to do some research so you can buy the best that is available in the market place.

Whether you buy your merchandise in the local high street in one of the adult shops, or go on line you can be rest assured that you will be able to get good advice on any item you may be purchasing.  Together with this advice the retailer will suggest different kind of lubricants to make the use of your chosen toy more pleasurable.

It is really important to look after your purchase well as this will prolong the life of your gadget.  It is important to keep your device scrupulously clean.  This can be done with warm water and some gentle soap.  For an extra clean an antiseptic spray is available from your provider.

After having cleaned your toy, it is important to let it dry naturally as a towel may leave residues of fluff on it which may irritate when you next use the gadget.  After it has been dried, it can be stored using a dusting of corn flour.  Do not use talcum powder for this purpose.  Most toys come with handy storage boxes.
