Erectile dysfunction is a common sexual disorder of a man. This is generally diagnosed for males older than 40 - 50 years of age. For the reason that many medical conditions leads to sexual disorders and erectile dysfunction is one of them. This condition mainly affects a man’s self esteem this is because they feel that they have no use because their “man-hood” is equals to their dignity as a man.

Most of them could achieve erection whenever they are alone and even if in the morning when they wake up but, because of the pressure or nervousness and anxiety they feel during their first time erectile dysfunction could happen.
The only technique to prevent this to happen is to do the relaxation technique. Why? Because its nature is psychological this condition can be managed with the right psychological preparations. The first thing that you must do is too take deep breaths and make sure you set aside all the concerns that you have in your mind.
Thinking about too many things will distract you from getting into the mood of sexual intercourse. When your brain is relaxed and is conditioned that you are going to perform a sexual act it will be aroused and the concentration of blood flow and pleasure will now rely on your sexual organs. When this happen, erectile dysfunction is impossible.
The best thing to do is to condition yourself, focus on what’s happening right at that moment and do not let your mind control you. If you have any issues about anxiety disorder then it might be better if you ask for an advise or suggestion to your psychologist.
Some men would not even try to seek for a medical help. They find it uneasy to talk to their physicians about their in capabilities. If that’s your case try the relaxation method and if it doesn’t work, try some other things that you know could help you to relax.
If you tried almost any methods and still you are unable to achieve erection, then it’s advisable to go to your physician maybe you have something wrong inside you which you haven’t discovered yet.
