Are you Looking for an easy way to lose weight and keep it off forever? There really is a simple way to do it! Using the method outlined in the book "Learning How To Eat (Again)", I lost over 85 lbs (over 21 years ago) and I've never had a problem keeping the weight off. My method is so effective, you will see serious progress in less than one week.

With all the concern about health and fitness these days, thousands of food and clothing manufacturers have rushed to our rescue with everything from thermonuclear tennis shoes to non-fat cheesecake! We seem to live in a world full of extremes. There has recently been a lot of publicity about eating a "low-fat" diet (along with many other popular suggestions). Unfortunately, much of this advice overwhelms us.

We are advised to monitor our fat consumption by eating foods that are at least 70 - 80% fat free. Opinions may vary on these percentages but these are the most commonly advised allowances. This method may work quite effectively at first but soon you find yourself gaining the weight back that you so diligently labored to lose. The problem is that eating on this type of program, you have to carefully monitor calories as well as fat percentages and maybe even the actual types of fat (saturated and unsaturated). If you are not careful, you could find yourself in worse shape than you were when you started out. So what is a person to do?

Fortunately there is an easy solution.
