A recent research has shown that sleep deprivation affects women more than men. Women are not only more prone to develop diabetes due to lack of sleep but it affects their physical as well as mental health in several other ways. For example, if we look into the case of Laurel hard we will get a shocking revealing. After years of sleep deprivation she realized what was wrong. In the midnight, she used to wake up worrying about her work life, finances, and scheduling. Since she could not fall back to sleep at that time, she used to work on her computer in the kitchen for the whole night while her husband and kids were taking a deep sleep upstairs.
Another research conducted by the University Of Pittsburgh School Of medicine has discovered that sleep deprivation can cause serious marital discord amongst couples. It is often observed that when wives are not able to get a quiet night's sleep because of some reason for example, snoring of the husband or something else, it leaves a negative impact upon their mind and when they interact with their husbands the following day it often leads to bitter talks. But the same thing may not be implied in case of their spouses.
The fallout of the research was derived based on the study conducted on 35 couples and their observations are stored in the e dairy. It was mentioned, that wives who used to have a disturbed sleep pattern in the previous night were more prone to negative conversations with their husbands on the following day. If this pattern persists in the behavior of the wives it creates lots of irritation in their relationship.
The school of medicine has wisely prescribed that with the purpose to ensure that women in the family must get a good sleep at night, and the following steps will help to accomplish it:
1) It is important to keep a dim Light in the bedroom or sleeping area. If possible there should be a dim table lamp in the bed room to maintain the tranquility in the ambience. This helps the wife to get a good sleep even if the husband is snoring.
2) Sleeping Pills: If the Sleep Deprivation is severe ask the doctors to prescribe sleeping pills that stimulate sleeping pattern amongst women. But remember sleeping pills should be only consumed as per the direction of the doctors.
