Is there even a cure for acne? by Pascal Inquest

Why is that millions all over the world are affected by acne, yet science and medicine still has no answer for how we can cure acne indefinitely. Now, let's not compare acne to cancer - but let's also not underestimate the issues that acne causes. Acne causes a blow to your confidence. Those red spots can turn an extrovert person into an introvert person. Yes, it does limit social interaction that much for some people. It's not an issue to take lightly. Tons and tons of products are available and they all promise acne-free skin within a certain amount of time. Sadly most products don't work, some make it worse and others have only a very limited effect.
Finding the cause of acne in your personal situation is a matter of discipline and analysing. You will need to go over your diet, specifically your in-take of water and fats. There are quite a few people that are certain that chocolate has an adverse effect on their skin health, causing acne. Science has found no definite link between diet and acne. However, because so many people report seeing a link between the two it's obvious that it can't be ignored just because science wasn't able to come up with explanation. It's therefore important for you to take a deep long look at your current situation and isolate possible causes of your acne outbreaks.
As mentioned above, there are tons of products. We strongly suggest that you start with natural products. If those don't work and your acne seems unaffected by the product you should try products that are slightly more aggressive. However, if you notice any allergic reactions to the ingredients of the product then stop immediately and contact your doctor if the reaction does not subside after a few days.
You notice that there may not be a universal solution to acne. You must do some research yourself and find that product or method that works for you personally. What does have a positive effect on skin health is a good diet and plenty of water. Keep your skin clean and try restoring your skin's moisture level (people with oily skin are more often affected by acne). We wish you good luck.
