Jack Vettriano is a famous Scottish painter whose paintings are amongst the most popular of any European artist. The early years for Jack Vettriano were not set up for the study of art, with no obvious outlet for him in his birth place. It was Kirkcaldy Museum and Art Gallery that managed to expand his own ideas from his hometown of Methil in Fife, Scotland.
