A different day of major alterations in my diet plan. I am still on track but it is difficult to give up bread, cereal and I utilized to have a Chai tea daily. Now that I've identified out that a Chai tea is 40+ carbs they are gone. So not merely will I cut the carbs, but I'm saving $4 a day. Yesterday I consumed 2973 calories, 18 carbs and 154 fat grams. I'm still questioning eating all of this fat and supposedly I'm going to shed weight. But for the 2nd day inside a row I lost 2 pounds, actually 2.6 pounds, so now I am down to 223.4. Not bad but I realize that the very first pounds come off very easily and then it becomes much harder because the week goes on.
I did the P90x yesterday and my arms feel like rubber right now. Wow following the workout it didn't really feel that negative, however the next day may be the recovery day and man I want some recovery. I am also taking a supplement and it tastes quite very good. We purchased some at Costco and my wife likes it, but I thought that I was going to puke when I drank it. I figured that if this going to last, I better get one thing that tastes much better. So I did some checking and I discovered the double chocolate from Gold Standard tastes quite great, so I purchased some at the store. Following I drank it for a few days I decided that I'd have to have a lot more and I'll keep drinking it. So I found it on Amazon for a lot greater price and had 2-5 lbs barrels shipped to me.
