Princess House Heritage Serving Bowl Recipe Idea #1!
I love to entertain using my Princess House Crystal whether I have company of two or twenty! Using my
Princess House Crystal makes my menu look like the star of the show! With many Princess House pieces
of Crystal you can have a dynamic party. Place your family favorite recipes in your Crystal Servingware.
Below you will find a recipe that looks beautiful in the Princess House Heritage Serving Bowl.
Tortillini Pasta Salad Recipe using your Princess House Heritage Bowl
Ingredients:
1 c Cauliflower, chopped in bite size pieces
1 c Broccoli, chopped in bite size pieces
1/2 c Carrots, sliced in thin rounds
1/2 c Red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 Bell pepper, yellow or orange, thinly sliced
12-15 Grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
1/4 c Black olives, sliced
1/4 c Parsley, fresh, chopped finely
1 7.5 oz jar Marinated artichoke hearts,
chopped
1/2 c Peppercini, deli sliced (or whole ones,
chopped)
1/4 c Mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
2/3 c White wine vinegar
1 bottle Bernsteins Original Italian Dressing
12 oz pkg Rottini tri-color pasta
9 oz pkg Tortellini, cheese filled
Directions:
Put two pots of water to boil.
Meanwhile,prepare cauliflour, broccoli, and
carrots.
Place the tortelli in one pot and cook according
to instructions and place the rottini in the other
cooking according to package instructions.
Remove, rinse and place in a large bowl tossing
with the white wine vinegar.
Place cauliflour, carrots, and broccoli in hot
water for 15 seconds to blanch and remove
immediately. Rinse under cold water.
Place all ingredients in with pasta and toss
together.
Place in fridge to cool completely.
Serving this pasta salad in your Princess House Heritage Bowl will make you and your dish the star of the
show!
