Princess Kate Readies Herself For The Royal Wedding by Sandy Rutherforde
in News (submitted 2011-04-01)
Britain in particular and the whole world in general are bracing for the wedding event of the decade. People who have received wedding invitations are anticipating this gala wedding and those who haven't are trying their very best to manage (or should we say connive) to obtain passes for the Princess Kate and Prince William show. On her part, Princess Kate has been more than warm in offering invitations and her favored bakery man received a personal, self-delivered invitation as well.
Princess Kate and Prince William have carefully and steadfastly dealt with the situation of 2007 and demonstrated to the world that their love was not about some short-span summer infatuation. After all, it has properly and truly passed the test of time. While on a holiday in Kenya, the prince sought the hand of Miss Middleton in marriage and proposed using the flamboyant Princess Diana's engagement ring.
The happy couple has been very agreeable and open in satisfying public interest. They've answered volleys of questions from just about every press house pertaining to how they met and exactly how did he propose to her and just about everything else concerned. Aside from the actual paparazzi driven questions, they have been more than candid towards the media and showed an enthusiastic interest in connecting with the tabloids.
The British Royalty has always been traditional and partially conservative in talking about their relationships but the current age assured that news spread by way of Twitter. In a time period when the public sector spending cuts have hit the economic climate of Britain very hard, this type of news might offer resounding signals of economic health. Coming precisely three decades after the wedding of Princess Diana to Prince Charles in 1981, this one offers everything that the puritan rulebook doesn't provide.
The Duke of Edinburgh and Queen Elizabeth are both apparently thrilled with the marriage and also have made it clear to the public. However, the innermost feelings of their hearts cannot be put out for public speculation and whatever they might actually feel about the wedding may not be out in the open ever. The prince simply smiled to the media but kept to himself the nostalgia linked with the engagement ring when he spoke of it.
He mentioned that the ring was really special to him and offering it to Kate, his fiancée and great love, was one means of ensuring that Princess Diana did not miss the engagement ceremony. The wedding date is still not determined and there's a lot of speculation about it within the media and law houses; the second, needless to say, is seeking out Kate for the pre-nuptial agreement.
