MLM growth is all about getting prospects and turning them into reps. In this short article I will share with you my secret tips and techniques that have helped me achieve great MLM growth in my business.
What is MLM Growth? Network Marketing vs. Affiliate Marketing
We all know most network marketing businesses are now been run online, basically they have started turning to the internet, In this article I'm going to show you how to use the internet to get more MLM growth in your business.
But, first I want to help you understand the difference between network marketing and affiliate marketing because most people really confuse the two.
Network marketing consists of building a huge team of people that do a standard amount of work consistently. There are a lot of advantages of network marketing because in most companies as you grow in the company and reach new levels, you will get paid off of every person in your entire team. I think you will agree with me that is a huge benefit.
Affiliate marketing is completely different all together….
One thing I like about affiliate marketing vs. network marketing is, affiliate marketing tends to have higher upfront commissions you can make. But must affiliate marketing companies will not pay you on your entire team in others there's on residual income.
MLM Growth: How and Where To Focus Your Time
This is valuable especially for the internet marketers in the present age because internet marketers have a tendency to have multiple streams of income (a network marketing business, many affiliate programs they are promoting, and perhaps a number of side little online marketing programs).
As soon as you are looking to create MLM growth you will need to think about what really deserves your time (in terms of working with your group).
For instance, if you are advertising affiliate products, let's say a module online, those people should really require no other work. Therefore, the sale is made, they get their product, you earn a commission and the day goes on.
On the other hand network marketing, is quite the opposite.
It is your number 1 goal to work with your brand new people to get them up and running smoothly and to furthermore develop their leadership and confidence.
Your goal in network marketing is NOT to solely make a million sales.
The Begins Of MLM Growth
MLM growth begins with the brand new rep. I learned that lesson a while back "fewer is better" . Really! It is better to recruit 1 to 2 new reps per month in your business that are excited and 100% with you to build it than to immediately "sign up 100 uncommitted people".
As soon as you bring on a new MLM rep, make sure you get to know them. Especially during the first couple of weeks.
Handle them like they are your brand new business partner and you are out to start your business together.
Your goal is to create huge MLM growth by having your own reps so well educated and successful, that they stay with you for years and create a multitude of representatives and customers underneath you.
As soon as you bring on a brand new rep, make sure you help them move in the right direction. Look to see if your company has a training program? Do you have a fast start?
What is your core objective for the brand new rep?
Basically you will need to come up with a plan of action to help your brand new reps succeed right away.
For instance, in my affiliate marketing company, brand new reps get $875 when they get their first 10 customers.
So whenever I bring on brand new reps, I make it my number 1 goal to help them get new customers immediately.
Having your brand new reps march away with their first $875 check will build enormous belief and have them stick in for the long haul.
