Spare Parts

is a product that consists of several components that form a single unit and has a specific function. Each machine consists of many components, which will be discussed components are often damaged and replacement. There are several components that are also expressed in several small parts, eg engines that have a component inside the fuel injection pump, water pump, starting motor, alternator, oil pump, compressor, power steering pump, turbocharger, and others.
Every Spare Parts has its own function and can be linked or separated from other Parts. Strating eg motor will separate the function works with the alternator, although indirectly also has something to do. Where is the alternator serves to generate electricity to charge batteries (batteries / batteries), while the starting motor to turn the engine works by using electricity from the battery.
In general, Spare Parts can be divided into two, namely:
1. New Parts are components that are still in new condition and has never been used at all except when done testing.
2. Parts of the former components that had been used for a certain period with the condition:

a. Still that is technically feasible to use such components can still be used or have a service life.
b. That is not technically feasible to use these components can no longer be used while repairs or reconditioning.
In fact, generally a lot of users who prefer components / Spare Parts are still what it is (unrecondition). In view of these components is still what it is after removed / stripped of heavy equipment or trucks, so it still can be identified actual conditions. If necessary repair or reconditioning of the wearer more confident on the type of replacement parts will be done.
Actually the use of components used have long done by the user equipment in developed countries. However the general, in developed countries, the components are sold already done reconditioned and ready to use, as well as distributors / suppliers also dare to give security for such components. While in Indonesia a few years, many users are looking for heavy equipment used parts. Considering the price is cheaper than buying all new components. And the need for components used getting bigger every year, but those needs will be increasingly out of balance with the former component available. The tendency of heavy equipment and truck owners sought to extend the lifespan of these units, far exceeding the lifespan in developed countries.
Special users who have not experienced in using the former component, need to be more careful when checking these components, especially components that are difficult to see the inside as a whole. Avoid errors of observation because in some cases the seller will not be returned if the component has been purchased. However it does not mean trading on former components highly risky, only needed accuracy in observation before deciding to buy spare parts
