The Very Best All In One Printer For Your Office   by Earl Lazenbee

The techies have spoken and called the Lexmark Genesis the best all in one printer for office use. It is not only very efficient, it is very attractive as well. This was also what Lexmark tried to achieve in making the Genesis. It didn't only want a workable printer, the company really made a good-looking one to be different from what is common in the market.

The best all in one printer is, I think, redundant. Why, you ask? The reason for this is that an all in one system already is the best in its class. Imagine the space that will be utilized when instead of having a scanner, photocopier, facsimile machine and printer as different items, you just have one that can function as all four.

This being said, sometimes the all in one systems do not work quite as well as stand alone systems. This site feels that in order to get one machine to do the work of four, you have to compromise quality.

What most people need to realize though is that a company does not always need to have the best prints, copies, scans, and faxes. These organizations just need to have a machine that can do what they need it to do. In the office, you need to do things fast and efficiently. Printing may not be as flawless as a separate printer but the work is done. You don't have to use the best all in one printer in making copies of important, particularly, original documents. A business can quickly and easily cut down on costs by getting an all-in-one machine and leaving the individual purchases to their competitors. But make sure that there are also available printers, scanners, fax machines and photocopiers that are just that. But the best all in one printer can still be used for documents that don't need to be perfect but they have to be out.

While techies have called the Lexmark Genesis a good-looking take on the best all in one printer, techrader.com had some criticisms. Some websites have said that the company put too much emphasis on looks and not enough on features. I don't actually agree. I believe that it works just like the other all in one printers.

Others have viewed the HP Photosmart Plus as better than the Genesis. They feel that its features are just a bit better. However, they do recognize that it does not have the aesthetic perfection that the Genesis has. HP has innovated the term all in one printer by putting the internet on the all in one machine.
