Eye strain usually occurs in individuals who usually work in front of the computer, read books, and focus in lights or glare. This medical problem could be really troublesome, but it's less of a worry. Yet, the different symptoms of eye strain might be indications of few underlying conditions of the vision or nervous functions. 5. Lower down the glare level of objects. Eye strain may occur due to prolonged focusing on the computer screen or TV's glare. For your eyes not to be strained while watching TV or working on PC screen, adjust its brightness in the control panel.
6. Use prescription eye drops to dampen your eyes. Dry eyes and painful sensations are some of the common symptoms of strain. Rewetting the eyes with eye drops helps moisturize the eyes and relieves eye strain.
