Find ways to workout in your hotel. For a good cardio workout you can walk down the hallways and up and down the stairs. For strength training, use your own body resistance and do push-ups, crunches, squats or dips. A lot of hotels will have an exercise room, so check and see if yours does. Just because you are traveling doesn't mean you have to give up your workouts.
