Oprah Winfrey is in her 2nd week of broadcasting her new show Oprah's Next Chapter and her guest interview will be with Pastor Joel Olsteen of Lakewood Church. Olsteen has the largest church in the country with a television broadcast that spans the globe. The interview with this mega-church Pastor will definitely draw a huge audience as people want to see and hear the types of questions that Oprah is going to ask him. The show is scheduled to air on the Oprah Network (OWN) on Sunday January 8 at 9pm eastern standard time.

Oprah's Next Chapter is the newest show of her OWN network. It is giving all of her fans the opportunity to see her at her best in her element interviewing all of the most famous people around the world. Many people have not tuned into her network because people say that the network doesn't have enough of her. People want to see Oprah and they thought by upgrading their cable subscription to be able to get the OWN network in their area that they were going to see more of Oprah. Well, things have changed and she is on to her new show.

On the debut show which featured Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, the ratings for the premiere were very good. More than 1 million of Oprah's fans tuned in to see her meet with Tyler and talk about his past and present successes and failures as a music artist. The debut show garnered great reviews and with her 2nd show coming up with Olsteen there should be even more people watching it.

The upcoming show with Olsteen is certainly going to be an interesting show. People are wondering if Oprah is going to ask him some difficult questions. If you have seen some of his interviews in the past on shows like Larry King Live you are already aware that when it comes to issues such as homosexuality, prosperity gospel, and the positive message he really seems to struggle with answering these questions. It's very unclear with some of the answers that he's given where he really stands on certain bible issues.

It should be a great interview with Oprah on Sunday. Will Oprah ask him tough questions or will she just be nice and allow him to entertain her viewers with fluff. If she really wants to make this show memorable and watch her network's ratings soar she would ask those same questions that others have asked Pastor Olsteen and see what his response will be.
