The reality of global warming has made the human race look for alternative sources of energy that are friendly to their environment. Other sources of energy like oil are seemingly becoming depleted, making it very expensive to use them. Most countries, however, are able to contain the situation most of the time and so at the end of the day, the risk is always worth it.

In a more positive light, a country should consider that they will be making themselves energy independent. Since oil is the most popularly used source of energy, countries are forced to import from the oil producing countries. If they are able to produce their own energy, they will save themselves the money and trouble involved.

Although the expensive nature of nuclear energy can be a positive thing in terms of making money, it may also be to their disadvantage since it will be expensive for its residents to access basic energy like electricity. It may be worth the expense if you are sure that you will be doing your environment a favor.

It is good that the society is well educated on the subject of global warming and its effects to every individual on earth. Thus, everyone will be able to understand the importance of the small part they can play in saving the environment. Even if you decide to use energy sources that do not emit harmful gases, you will still need to regulate your consumption to avoid depleting your energy sources.
