Like godaddy.com in the United States, eUKhost, the leading web hosting server in the United Kingdom, has officially re-launched their site. Their focus is to not only make their web site aesthetically pleasing, but to offer simple functionality. Even with a loyal customer base, eUKhost hopes to expand their vision beyond the UK. Improving existing services and looking for ways to improve its product (i.e. listening to customer feedback to improve customer service, site options, etc.) was a start, but they felt their site needed improvements as well. To do that, executives felt a revamp of a tired site would be the first step in the right direction.

Aesthetic
eUKhost is a top web hosting server known for its many services, however their site wasn’t necessarily simple and pleasing to the eye. They hope to change all that with their re-launch. Now, accessing their homepage is a breeze. Core services, offers and prices are all easily accessible while their free online forum and current deals will be offered on the homepage. Company insiders have stated that the revamped site will provide customers with a wider scope of what eUKhost does. In addition, they are taking user feedback to continue to tweak what they already feel is a user-friendly site.

Functionality
Now, with two fully dedicated servers, eUKhost should be running at top speeds. Having two servers will allow customers to purchase, like many already do in the U.S., a private, fully-managed server. Company insiders state the two servers will make sure there isn’t any shared hosting, which may slow the server. Also, both servers will be managed by a full-time IT team ensuring full-functionality at all times.

Both aesthetic and functionality will pull the UK’s largest and most popular web hosting site into 2011 with renewed vigor. eUKhost is hoping its new look will expand their market share and continue to solidify them as the UK’s number one web hosting company.
