here are 5 steps that you can follow,
It is very simple, but important,
but, unfortunately, people always ignore the first 3 steps and finally give up to quit

ask yourself why you want and what you want
many people don't know the reason why they are quitting, so, finally, they give up!
It seems a joks?
but, the fact is, many smoker don't know why they are trying to quit or don't believe themself.

setting a goal and make a plan

break down your long term goal into various stort term goals

step4:
find some tips or aids to help you achieve your goal more easily.
you must face on and fight the withdrawal symptoms while you are quitting.
