Justin has been employed in the insurance industry since early 1995. His primary experience has been in handling complex insurance recovery claims for various insurance companies both on contract and as a salaried employee. Justin has developed the entire recovery department for three different insurance companies. He has expertise in various areas from developing best practices and corporate reporting guidelines, to staffing the departments, assisting with new computer management systems development, and managing employees. He has a record of increasing recoveries wherever he goes. In his most recent recovery related endeavor, prior to opening Petty Details, LLC, he developed and staffed a recovery department that generated more than double the prior year's recoveries. As a corporate representative, Justin has successfully litigated hundreds of auto accident claims without retaining a licensed attorney. His knowledge of the insurance claims industry, experience developing and managing successful recovery departments, attention to detail and unparalleled work ethic make him the perfect fit as the founder, president and CEO of Petty Details, LLC.
