I was raised as a ward of the court in the State of New Jersey. Like many throwaway children I was destined to be a reject and loser for the rest of my life. I took control of my fate, overcoming a learning disability and in turn excelled at school. I worked my way through college and even graduate school. I joined the army, worked in a casino, traveled to distant parts of the world, partied with the Russian Mafia, almost got recruited into the Secret Service and worked as a banker right before the big stock market crash. However, there was something terribly wrong with me. I hated my life. I had overcome so much and I began to realize that the American Dream was not all that it was cracked up to be. I wasn’t doing what I loved. So, I freed myself and everything came together. If you’re worried that I am one of those free love, tree hugging hippies who has underarm hair and doesn’t wear deodorant. I’m not. I live in the real world and have worked most of my life. I believe in spirituality and take a practical and logical approach to things that I write about. So tune in.
